emPower - Midrange Accounting Software

emPOWER is an e-commerce aware series of mid-range general accounting modules designed for the serious business user in a serious business environment. emPOWER combines the power of Multi Location, Branch and Department profit centre reporting with ease of use, and reflects the 20 years experience in developing accounting software

Currently emPOWER consists of a Cash Book, General Ledger, an Accounting Module (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Stock Control), Advanced Accounting versions and a number of optional Add-Ons.

Cash Book: If you ask any owner of a small business what takes up most of their spare time, chances are they will reply "writing up my Cashbook, doing GST Returns, and Reconciling the Bank Account". emPOWER Cashbook provides you with all of these facilities in an easy to follow, but full-featured system.

General Ledger: A very comprehensive, but easy to use application, providing powerful reporting to assist informed business decision-making. The emPOWER General Ledger System will enable you to produce full Financial Reports to Balance Sheet stage, with Budget Variances, Management/ Statistical data and extended reporting.

Accounting: The emPOWER Accounting module is a fully integrated Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable and Stock Control Module that provides the essential foundations for the entire emPOWER distribution suite. It is designed with adherence to rock solid accounting concepts and an understanding of data entry requirements.

Advanced Accounting Versions: Key to the Advanced Versions is the Departments functionality that can be used to identify different areas of operation within an organisation. These versions also provide high level transaction processing features such as full batch processing, recurring transactions, open invoices and transaction import and export. Additional functionality is provided in the form of Prompt Payment Discounts, additional selling prices, Batch and Serial Number Items, Delivery Dockets and Item categories..

Optional Add-On's: A range of features to enhance the functionality of the emPOWER Series. Currently these include Special Pricing, Direct Debits, Sales Orders, Jobs, Purchase Orders and Multi Stock Location / Branches.
